The In-Between Circle is a small, guided gathering for women who feel something needs to change and want a gentler way to hear themselves more clearly.
You keep thinking some version of:
“It’s a good job, but I can’t imagine being here five years from now.”
“He’s a good person, but I can’t keep doing this for 20 more years.”
“Nothing is technically wrong, so why do I feel like this?”
“I know something needs to change, but I have no idea where to begin.” We begin with a grounding body scan to help you settle into the room and out of the usual mental noise. Then we center the circle around one shared question about what wants your attention now. Each woman chooses two reflection cards connected to that question. The first reflects the heart of the matter. The second shows what may be crossing it, supporting it, complicating it, or asking to be noticed alongside it.
You’ve probably thought about it from every angle. Made the list. Asked the friend. Laid awake replaying the same questions. And you’re still right where you started. Because if thinking would have solved it, you’d have the answer by now.
Maybe it’s your work. A relationship. Your identity. Or simply the quiet feeling that the life you’ve been living no longer feels fully true. You may not be ready to make a big decision. You may not even know what decision you’re facing yet. You just know something is asking for your attention. The In-Between Circle is a small, guided gathering for women who feel something needs to change and want a gentler way to hear themselves more clearly.
This may feel different from the way we usually gather. We are not here to give advice, fix each other, or rush anyone into clarity. We are here to practice listening, witnessing, and being with what feels true before trying to figure out what to do. We begin with a grounding body scan to help you settle into the room and out of the usual mental noise. Then we center the circle around one shared question about what wants your attention now. Each woman chooses two reflection cards connected to that question. One reflects the heart of the matter. The other shows what may be crossing it, supporting it, complicating it, or asking to be noticed alongside it.
The cards are not used to predict the future or tell you what decision to make. They act more like a mirror, helping you notice something you may not have been able to reach through thinking alone. You are welcome to share what comes up, but you never have to. There is no pressure to tell your story, explain your reaction, or have a big emotional moment.
Sometimes, as other women receive their cards, something in their reflection gives language to something you didn’t realize you needed. We close with a short guided integration practice so what came up has a chance to settle.
“The circle gave voice and momentum to something that had been struggling to come out for years.” — Shati
You may leave with:
Language for something you’ve been feeling but haven’t been able to name
A new way of seeing the thing you’ve been going back and forth about for months
Relief from realizing you don’t have to solve your whole life today
A clearer sense of what is asking for your attention now
A stronger connection to what feels true for you
