Pelvic Floor: Regulate & Release Workshop

This 2 hour workshop helps you connect deeper with your pelvic floor and release built up

tension and stress.



In this Regulate & Release Workshop, you will:

  • Understand how stress, trauma, and anxiety impact pelvic health

  • Get to know your pelvic floor and how it functions for you every day

  • Build body awareness and connection to the pelvic floor, diaphragm, trunk region, and
    whole body

  • Engage in breath training to optimize the way you breathe and reduce/prevent pelvic
    health symptoms

  • Release chronic tension through breath, movement, gentle stretching, and nervous
    system regulation techniques

  • Immerse yourself in pelvic floor meditation while incorporating your new skills

  • Journal through guided prompts to reflect and support you through the workshop

  • Take home with you strategies to help you lengthen your pelvic floor and release stress
    each day

Bio: Gina is a pelvic floor occupational therapist, certified sexuality OT, certified clinical trauma specialist, and owner of Anxious Pelvis. Her practice is trauma informed and consent forward, while blending mental health and neuro-science into her pelvic health practice. She provides online pelvic health support, and has an in-person pelvic floor therapy clinic in Denver. Her practice supports bowel, bladder, and sexual health, as well as pregnancy and postpartum.
