A community rooted in connection, compassion, and care.

At Rooted Heart Yoga & Wellness, we believe the people who hold space for your practice matter just as much as the practice itself.

Our teachers are a grounded, supportive, and harmonious community of humans who bring their own unique experiences, wisdom, and way of teaching to the mat. We mindfully cultivate a team where safety, authenticity, kindness, and connection come first.

Each teacher offers something a little different, but we share a common intention: to create a welcoming space where you can breathe, soften, explore, and come home to yourself.

Weโ€™re honored to practice alongside you.
