SOLACE
YOGA & WELLNESS RETREAT
MARCH 31 - APRIL 6
GITANA DEL MAR | CARIBBEAN COAST OF COLOMBIA
A sacred week of movement, ceremony, nature, adventure, and connection.
limited to 15-24 guests
A Gentle Invitation
There comes a point when we realize we don’t need more information, more productivity or another thing to accomplish. We need space—space to breathe, listen and reconnect with the parts of ourselves that can become lost beneath the pace of everyday life.
Solace is a seven-day yoga and wellness retreat held at Gitana del Mar on the Caribbean coast near Santa Marta, Colombia. From March 31 through April 6, 2027, we will gather for immersive yoga, meditation, sound healing, breathwork, sacred ceremony, nourishing meals, ocean and jungle adventures, meaningful connection and spacious rest.
This is not about becoming someone new. It is an invitation to return home to yourself—to deepen your relationship with your practice, your heart, the natural world and a supportive community.
Nestled between the lush jungle and the turquoise waters of Colombia's Caribbean coast, Solace is an invitation to step away from the demands of daily life and immerse yourself in a week of presence, beauty, and intentional living.
Over seven transformative days, you'll experience immersive yoga and meditation, sacred ceremony, nourishing meals, ocean and jungle adventures, sound healing, meaningful connection, and spacious moments of rest and reflection.
Rise with the sun, move with the rhythm of the sea, gather in community, and reconnect with the simple yet profound practices that bring us back to ourselves.
Surrounded by nature and supported by experienced guides, you'll be invited to slow down, soften, and fully embrace the experience unfolding before you.
Held by Sacred Land
Nestled between the Caribbean Sea and the Sierra Nevada mountains, Gitana del Mar offers a rare opportunity to disconnect from the noise of everyday life and reconnect with the rhythms of nature.
Here, mornings begin with ocean air and birdsong, days unfold between movement, adventure, nourishment, and rest, and evenings are spent gathered beneath the stars.
Our open-air oceanfront shala was designed in harmony with the natural world, blending wood, bamboo, palm, ocean breeze, and golden light into a sacred space for practice and restoration.
How we’ll spend our days…
Each day unfolds with intention and ease—immersive yoga, meditation, movement, sound healing, breath journeys, sacred ceremony, nourishing meals, adventure, deep rest, and meaningful connection.

Yoga Teacher | Reiki MasterWhy we created Solace
At Solace, we believe true wellness is not something to achieve—it is something to remember.
Our intention is to create a space where you feel safe enough to soften, supported enough to explore, and inspired enough to reconnect with the deepest parts of yourself.
Throughout the week, we honor the wisdom of nature, the healing power of community, and the simple practices that bring us back into balance. Rather than striving to become someone new, we invite you to return to who you have always been beneath the noise, expectations, and busyness of everyday life.
Every practice, ceremony, meal, conversation, and moment of stillness has been thoughtfully woven together to support presence, authenticity, and wholehearted living.
