Step 1: Registration Form
Complete the short application below so we can learn more about you, your accommodation preferences, and what is calling you to Solace.
Step 2: Submit Your Deposit
Secure your place with a non-refundable deposit. Your deposit reserves your spot while we finalize your accommodations and next steps together.
Step 3: Schedule a Welcome Call
Within 24–72 hours, you'll receive an email from our team inviting you to schedule a personal connection call. This is an opportunity to ask questions, get to know one another, and ensure you feel fully supported before your journey begins. In the meantime, we'd love for you to explore the retreat guide and begin envisioning your journey to Colombia.
Step 4: Select your Accommodation & Flexible Payment Plan
During our call, we'll review your accommodation preferences based on availability and help you choose the payment option that feels right for you.
Step 5: Receive your Welcome Materials
Once your reservation is confirmed, you'll receive your Welcome Guide, travel information, packing list, important dates, and everything you'll need to prepare for your journey to Colombia.
