Wheels of Change: 90-Minute Medicine Wheel Workshop

Come home to yourself.

Through guided reflection, breath, gentle embodied practices, and your own Medicine Wheel Reset, youโ€™ll leave with a simple framework you can return to whenever life feels overwhelming, disconnected, or ready for change.

Wheels of Change is a 90-minute experiential workshop designed to help you slow down, reconnect, and discover practical tools for navigating stress, transition, and change with greater intention.

Guided by the Medicine Wheel and the four elementsโ€”Earth, Air, Fire, and Waterโ€”weโ€™ll explore four foundations of wellbeing:

Earth โ€ข Regulation โ€” Ground into the body and identify what helps you feel steady and present.
Air โ€ข Reconnection โ€” Use breath and awareness to create space, clarity, and perspective.
Fire โ€ข Resilience โ€” Explore energy, boundaries, courage, and intentional action.
Water โ€ข Integration โ€” Connect with emotion, compassion, and what you want to carry forward.

Through guided reflection, breath, gentle embodied practices, and your own Medicine Wheel Reset, youโ€™ll leave with a simple framework you can return to whenever life feels overwhelming, disconnected, or ready for change.

No previous experience with breathwork, yoga, meditation, or the Medicine Wheel is needed. Come as you are.
