Welcome to Swirl in Sync: Prismatic Presence, A Yoga and Wellness Pop-up held before the
Prismatic Fleet Meow Wolf takeover in Denver, Colorado.
It’s been a while since we’ve all been Swirlt, and many of us are eager to see what the Prismatic Fleet is cooking up for the Danceportation, full-exhibit takeover at the wonderfully whacky world known as Meow Wolf. Before cutting a rug on the dance floor, we invite all of the Pretty Lights to join us as we create a conscious container centered around presence, self-love, wellness, and our mutual adoration for the Swirl Bridge.
Swirl in Sync: Prismatic Presence is designed to call in self-love and inner coherence, as we open into Valentine’s Day weekend on none other than Friday the 13th, a day to honor and celebrate the Divine Feminine in us all. All humans are welcome, recognizing this is a day to honor themes of going slow and nourishing our minds, bodies, and souls.
The afternoon will begin with a guided meditation, led by Marissa Multiverse, as an invitation to remind ourselves that we belong wherever we find ourselves. Next, Olivia will lead a slow yoga flow to get us grounded and present. We’ll wrap up the yoga flow with an extended savasana, soaking up the vibrations of the sound bath led by Nikki.
We encourage you all to come, connect with yourself, and other PL fans! Swirl in Sync: Prismatic Presence will leave everyone grounded and attuned to the present moment.
Ticket pricing covers the mat, props, and event programming. Just bring yourselves and water! Limited street parking is available on Ogden and 14th Street, and the parking lot adjacent to the building on Ogden. We recommend carpooling if you can!
