From Self-Doubt to Self-Trust ~ Healing narcissistic wounding and returning to yourself
You've built a life that looks like success from the outside. And yet, beneath it, something feels quietly off. A tension you can't quite name. An exhaustion that rest doesn't touch. A version of yourself you've somehow lost access to.
If you've experienced narcissistic wounding, whether with a parent, a partner, or in the workplace, your nervous system learned to scan, anticipate, and override your own signals in order to stay safe. That wasn't weakness. That was survival. You were never broken. You adapted.
Those adaptations once protected you. Today they may be costing you your clarity, your rest, and your connection to the part of you that knows. This makes sense, and you don't have to keep living this way.
This evening is a gentle, attuned space to slow down and listen inward. Together we'll weave education, guided reflection, and nervous system awareness with relational healing, so what you learn doesn't stay in your head. It begins to settle into your body.
For women ready to reconnect with their inner wisdom, build emotional resilience, and restore a quiet, steady trust in themselves. This isn't a seminar. It's a room where you finally get to stop performing and start listening to yourself.
