The most common styles of meditation today tend to be solitary, quiet and still. But this powerful meditation technique is different. Based upon ancient Tibetan meditation techniques, Nadabrahma, or Divine Vibration, is a group practice that uses humming and gentle hand movements to bring harmony to the body, mind, and spirit.
Simple yet effective, this seated practice has three unique stages, each accompanied by music designed to quiet the mind and help you merge with the sound. During the meditation, the humming and hand movements will seemingly occur by themselves. You can relax into the exalted vantage point of simply witnessing, which can help reduce unproductive reactivity in day-to-day life. This is a perfect meditation for people who find it difficult to sit silently; the vibrations and movement give the mind something to anchor to as it eases into stillness.

Bio: Katherine first began meditating in 2013 when she was struggling to get pregnant. She quickly learned that the benefits of meditation far exceeded any short-term goals and spent the next decade exploring various mindfulness practices. While vacationing in Bali in 2022, Katherine discovered active, group meditations that changed her life. Determined to share these unique practices in Colorado, she returned to Bali in 2023 to study more deeply and complete her 200-hour meditation teacher training. Katherine feels deeply honored and called to share these practices and help others reconnect with the calm and peace that is our true nature.
