Join us on the block for coffee, ginger shots, guided movement, meditation, sound therapy, and dance with a live DJ!
Spend the day immersed in community, movement, music, and nourishment with an uplifting lineup designed to awaken the body and ground the spirit. Enjoy organic coffee and fresh ginger shots, flow through an all-levels yoga experience followed by a crystal sound bowl savasana, then move into an ecstatic dance journey guided by live DJ AuroraBass.
This gathering will take place outdoors in our lot, creating a playful and heart-centered atmosphere to connect, celebrate, and revive together. Optional contrast therapy experiences with Garden Sauna will also be available as an add-on. Come One, Come All!
