Moving through life in this day and age is difficult and demanding. We're constantly barraged with external noise and outside influences while navigating generational expectations and cultural norms. In this environment, it's challenging to differentiate between your inner truth, your why, your wants and needs, and the desires and expectations of everyone around you.
At the same time, weโve been conditioned to leave our bodies in search of control or escape whenever we feel any physical, mental, or emotional discomfort. We leave our bodies by entering trances of thought and through patterns of โ often destructive โ behavior. When we leave our bodies in these ways, weโre cut off from our hearts (where love and tenderness reside), our bellies (where our personal power and confidence live), and our intuition.
That's where embodiment comes in. To be 'embodied' means to be awake in your body. When you awaken into your body, you sink into presence and you experience what youโre moving through with the lights turned on. You move through even uncomfortable or challenging experiences with awareness, intention, more perspective and ultimately, with more equanimity and peace.
Embodiment practices help us connect into the deep layers of our being and the yogic truth that everything we need โ wisdom, truth, love โ already exists within us. From this place, we can allow our inner world, our inner wisdom, to guide us through life.

Practical tools to be embodied as you move through all aspects of life
Intention setting to guide your embodied transformation as we progress through the season of Spring
Yoga sequences, guided meditations, mindfulness techniques, and breathwork practices to integrate into your daily life
